This course introduces learners to the essential concepts and practical tools of Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) — the backbone of effective NGO and humanitarian program management. Through a blend of micro-lectures, real-world case studies, interactive activities, and practical exercises, learners will gain the foundational knowledge to contribute meaningfully to MEAL processes in their organizations.

The course draws on examples from organizations such as OXFAM, Save the Children, UNHCR, IRC, and local NGOs across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East, making learning immediately relevant and contextually grounded.
